We offer all customers free returns on all original and unworn watches and jewelry within 14 days of receipt. Please email info@morgenstervaessen.com within 14 days of receiving the watch along with a copy of your invoice and your unique order number so we can locate your order. A member of our team will then be in touch to provide a return shipping label free of charge. 

Once we receive your item and confirm its status, we will immediately process your refund to the same payment method used at checkout. The exact time taken for the funds to be returned to your account depends on the method of payment, and your bank's processing times. Please contact your bank for more information.
